This is a darling dress - It is cut very full with a built in under slip and is fully lined under the skirt. The fabric is 100% polyester. The top layers are gathered in yellow and pale pink netting - All washable but should be hand washed due to the netting - Trimmed with pink satin ribbon at waist and a silk flower. Looks like a ballerina dress - Great for twirling! Cut in sizes 2T to 14.
