This darling dress is so perfect for that special occasion. It not only can be worn Dressy for weddings or a little more casual for church too! It is cut in sizes 2T to 10. The sleeves are gathered in a puff sleeve with an elastic around the arm. there is a little ruffle at the neckline and around the sleeve also. The skirt is gathered in three ruffles and there is a yellow satin ribbon at the waist with three silk flowers with a sequin in the center. The dress ties and buttons up the back. The fabric is a soft chiffon crinkled fabric. It is all lined and is all washable for easy care.
