This darling dress is cut in a turquoise teal embroidered chiffon fabric. The lining is more turquoise and has a built in under slip for added fullness. It is "tea" length - which means it is cut longer than a party dress. It has teal taffeta trimmed at the waist with a fabric flower to match. It ties with a wide fabric for a big bow in the back and also buttons to size 6x then it only zips up the back in sizes 7-14 only! This dress is also all washable!
