Description

This dress is cut from a soft deep rich red stretch velvet fabric. It has a wonderful bubble ruffle around the hemline. The sleeves are 3/4 length and are also gathered at the arm. The waist is trimmed in a black lace that has black and gold beads and sequins for accent. It ties and buttons in the back. It is all washable too!
