Description

This dress is so fun to wear because it has three ruffles perfect for twirling! It is all lined with a built in under slip. There are three ruffles cut out of pink crinkled taffeta fabric. the bodice is the same crinkled fabric in white with capped sleeves. there is a celery green trim on the waist with a pink silk rose pinned on for accent. It buttons and ties in the back up to size 6x then it zips only in the back from sizes 7 to 14 only. It is all washable too!
