This dress is so fun and perfect for the Spring & Summer weather. The skirt is full and is all lined with an under slip with added netting for fullness. It is short sleeved and is trimmed in a lime green fabric that matches the waistband. The skirt is cut in panels with the stripes going down and getting wider at the bottom. It is so darling on!
