This dress is so fun - It is cut with a full under slip for fullness. There are 2 layers of tulle over the skirt for added fullness. It is all lined and buttons and ties in the back. The sleeves are also lined and gathered at the shoulder yet is still modest. This dress is cut from 2T to size 14. It also has a satin ribbon and pink silk flower pinned at the waist. It is all washable yet we suggest hand washing or swishing due to the tulle on the skirt.
