This cute dress is so popular with the girls because they love to twirl and dance around in it - It is so soft and is cut in a soft sheer polka dot fabric. It is all lined and has a ruffle that is cut on the bias for easy flow. It has short sleeves that are gathered at the shoulder. The waistline has a white satin ribbon trimmed with a white silk rose also. It buttons and ties in the back.
