Description

This cute dress is long sleeved with a turquoise trim at neckline. The bodice is black stretch velvet and the skirt is cut in a soft net ruffle fabric that has ruffles going vertical with tiny clear sequins sewn on for a subtle sparkle when moving around. It is all lined with an under slip for fullness. It buttons and ties in back and is all washable. This style dress is cut in sizes infant 9 mos. all the way to 6x. The larger sizes are in two piece skirt sets (photo not shown due to few availability - call to request those in matching sizes)
