This dress is so cute with it's three teared ruffles on the skirt - It is so fun to twirl! The skirt is cut in a taffeta like crinkled maroon fabric. The bodice is a soft black stretch fabric and there are mini maroon flowers trimmed with a silver rhinestone in the center of each.The sleeves are short and gathered. It buttons and ties in the back. It is all washable!
