Description

This dress is so stylish with the drop waist look and the ruffles on the skirt. The bodice is cut in a black stretch velvet fabric and zips up the back. There are beaded/sequin flowers on the shoulder with short capped sleeves. It has sewn darts for a fitted look on the bodice and the skirt has 2 ruffles of a royal blue crinkled taffeta. This style is cut in size 7-12. There is a matching style cut in toddler to 6x. It's all Polyester and is washable!
