This dress is cut in a soft black stretch velvet on the bodice with short sleeves. There is a beautiful soft beige satin trim around the waist with a huge bow for accent. It buttons and ties in the back. The skirt is cut from a mini ruffled fabric that is trimmed in tiny clear sequins down each row of ruffles. It is all lined with fuchsia satin fabric and has a built in under slip for added fullness. It is all washable for easy care.
